The rules that apply when you use Engagement Weave. Please read them before playing or registering.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of engagementweave.com and all games on it (the Site), provided by Engagement Weave (we, us, our). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older and resident in the United Kingdom.
  • Each person may hold only one account, for personal and non-commercial use.
  • We may request proof of age or identity and may close any account that doesn't meet these requirements.

3. Free entertainment

The Site is offered purely for free entertainment. You cannot make payments to us, and nothing obtained in a game has monetary or real-world value. The Site therefore does not provide gambling as defined by the Gambling Act 2005. Performance in our games is not an indicator of success in real-money gambling.

4. Virtual coins, XP and levels

  • Coins, XP and levels are virtual items that exist only on the Site. They have no cash value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn, gifted or exchanged.
  • We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use coins on the Site; you do not own them.
  • We may correct balances affected by errors or misuse and may change how coins, boosts or levels work.
  • Coins and levels end when an account is closed.

5. The games

Games are hosted on our own server and load within our pages. We decide which games are offered, and individual games may be changed, paused or removed at any time.

6. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • You can close your account whenever you wish from My profile.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use bots, scripts or exploits; attempt to access other accounts or our systems; interfere with games; create multiple accounts; behave abusively towards our staff; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Breaches may lead to suspension or closure.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, logos and artwork belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may enjoy them on the Site only and may not copy, redistribute or embed them elsewhere.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of virtual coins or progress. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Suspension and closure

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are breached, if required by law, or to protect players. Where possible we will explain our reasons.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction (residents of Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings locally).
